About Merge PDF
Merge PDF combines two or more PDFs into one locally generated file. After the files load, every page appears in a single thumbnail strip; drag individual pages into the final sequence, remove an unwanted source file, and download the result. The same PDF may be added more than once when a page or document needs to repeat. Processing happens in the browser, which is useful for contracts, statements and scans that should not be sent to a conversion service.

How to use Merge PDF
Add at least two PDFs
Drop several PDFs together or add them in separate picks. Each source is labelled F1, F2 and so on.
Wait for the page strip
The tool renders low-resolution thumbnails and shows each source label and page number.
Set the final page order
Drag individual thumbnails to reorder pages across all loaded files. Remove a source file if none of its pages belong in the result.
Merge and download
Press Merge & download. Every page currently shown in the strip is copied, in that order, into one PDF.
Frequently asked questions about Merge PDF
Can I merge only a page range from one source?
There is no range field in Merge PDF. The merge strip initially includes every page from every loaded file, but you can arrange individual pages before downloading. If you need a small subset, extract or delete pages first, then merge the resulting file.
What document features are preserved?
The visible page content is copied. The output is a new PDF assembled from copied pages, so do not assume document-level structures such as the original outline, attachments, form catalogue or cryptographic signatures will remain usable. Flatten important form values before merging and inspect the result before distribution.
Is there a file-count or size quota?
The component sets no byte or file-count quota. Its practical limit is browser memory, especially while thumbnails and image-heavy pages are held at once. Smaller batches are safer on memory-constrained devices.
Why in-browser processing matters
Every PDFChamp tool runs inside this page: the file you choose is read by JavaScript in your own browser and is never sent to a server, so nothing is uploaded, queued, or stored anywhere. That removes the upload wait, the processing queue, and the question of what happens to your file afterwards — the PDFChamp overview compares this architecture with server-side PDF tools.
