Organize PDF tools
Reorder, split, merge, rotate, and crop PDF pages.
Page-level surgery on a document you already have: nothing about the content changes, only which pages exist and what order they sit in. Merge PDF concatenates several files into one; Split PDF does the reverse, cutting a long document into ranges or fixed-size chunks. Extract PDF pages keeps a subset and discards the rest, while Delete PDF pages keeps everything except the thumbnails you mark — the same operation approached from opposite ends, so pick whichever set is shorter to click.
Reorder PDF pages and Organize PDF both give you a thumbnail board. Reach for Organize PDF when a single pass needs to reorder, rotate, delete and insert at once, and for the narrower tool when it does not. Rotate PDF fixes pages that were scanned sideways. Crop PDF trims the same numeric top, right, bottom and left margins from every page, and Halve PDF pages cuts each sheet at its midpoint — which is how an A3 spread scanned as one page becomes two smaller pages.
Rearranging pages is the kind of edit people make to contracts, payslips and medical records: documents you would rather not hand to a stranger's server just to move page 7 in front of page 3.
