About Organize PDF
Organize PDF combines page ordering, rotation, deletion and extraction on one board. Add one or many PDFs, drag individual pages into sequence, use Cmd/Ctrl-click to build a selection, and apply bulk rotate, delete or extract actions from the toolbar. Deleted tiles can be restored before the final download. Processing and output assembly stay in the browser.

How to use Organize PDF
Add PDFs
Drop one or many files. Further sources can be added with Add pages from another PDF.
Arrange pages
Drag one visible tile at a time. Source badges identify the originating PDF.
Use selection actions
Cmd/Ctrl-click pages, then rotate the selection 90° or 270°, extract it, or mark it deleted. Per-page controls offer the same rotate and delete actions.
Save or restore
Restore original returns all loaded sources to file order with rotations and deletion marks cleared. Save organized PDF writes all non-deleted pages.
Frequently asked questions about Organize PDF
Does selection make group dragging possible?
No. Selection is for toolbar actions; a drag moves only its source tile. Move a block with repeated drags, or use the selection to extract the block and arrange it in a separate pass.
Is there undo and redo?
No step history is implemented. Deleted pages have a Restore control, and Restore original resets the complete board to the canonical order for all currently loaded files.
Are bookmarks and interactive forms preserved?
The result is a new PDF built from copied pages. Page appearance is retained, but the tool does not rebuild outlines, attachment trees or the source AcroForm catalogue. Flatten completed forms first and inspect navigation after organizing.
Why in-browser processing matters
Every PDFChamp tool runs inside this page: the file you choose is read by JavaScript in your own browser and is never sent to a server, so nothing is uploaded, queued, or stored anywhere. That removes the upload wait, the processing queue, and the question of what happens to your file afterwards — the PDFChamp overview compares this architecture with server-side PDF tools.
