Convert to PDF tools

Everything in this group starts as something that is not a PDF and finishes as one. For pictures, JPG to PDF, PNG to PDF and WebP to PDF each handle a single format, while Images to PDF takes a mixed pile and lets you set the page order before it builds the file. HEIC to PDF exists because iPhones save photos in a format a lot of desktop software still refuses to open, and TIFF to PDF handles multi-page scanner output. Scan to PDF skips the file step altogether and uses your device camera, which is the shortest route from a paper receipt to something you can attach to an email.

For text, the choice is about how much formatting has to survive: Text to PDF for a plain paste, Markdown to PDF when headings, lists and code blocks matter, HTML to PDF for markup you already have, and Code to PDF when a source file should keep its syntax highlighting and line numbers. SVG to PDF translates supported shapes and text to PDF drawing commands; filters, foreignObject, external resources and complex paint effects can be removed or render differently, so verify the result. QR codes to PDF builds a printable sheet from a list of links.

Conversion happens inside the page you have open, which matters more than usual here: the inputs tend to be personal photos, private notes or unreleased source code, and none of them are transmitted anywhere.
