Frequently asked questions about PNG to PDF
Is PNG transparency kept?
The PNG is embedded with its alpha channel. PDF viewers commonly display transparent page regions as white, and this tool does not offer a control to flatten transparency onto another colour.
Can I change the margins?
No. A4 and Letter use the component's fixed fit-and-centre layout, while Match image is edge to edge.
Will text in a screenshot remain selectable?
No. It remains pixels inside an embedded image. OCR PDF can attempt to recognise visible text afterwards.
